Returns
Return Window: You may return eligible items within 7 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
Non-Returnable Items: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on perishable goods (such as fresh meat, dairy, frozen foods, or opened grocery items), unless the product is damaged or incorrect upon delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We may request a photo of the item to process your claim quickly. We will arrange for a replacement, exchange, or full refund as appropriate.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).
